Host TG, and a core member in the WebOS wireless charging development team.

He is a Principal Researcher and Senior Director of the Venture on Embedded Sensing Technologies and Applications at Microsoft Research-NExT. He is a world-renowned experts on wireless sensing, energy-efficient systems, and mobile computing. He has published more than 120 papers and chaired top academic conferences in those fields. He has filed more than 100 patents (35 granted).
Dr. Liu received his Ph.D. degree from EECS, UC Berkeley. He holds an adjunct professorship at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. He is an ACM Distinguished Scientist and an IEEE Senior Member.
